Step 1: Sign Into Easy-Peasy.AI and Configure Your Chatbot
Begin by signing into your Easy-Peasy.AI account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create a free account. Once logged in, navigate to the Bots page from the dashboard menu and select the chatbot you want to integrate into your WordPress website.
Step 2: Install the Easy-Peasy.AI Plugin on WordPress
1. Log into Your WordPress Admin Dashboard
Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard by visiting yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/ or accessing it through your web hosting control panel.
2. Install and Activate the Easy-Peasy.AI Plugin
- In the left sidebar, click Plugins.
- Click Add New at the top of the page.
- Use the search bar to find Easy-Peasy.AI.
- Locate the Easy-Peasy.AI WordPress plugin, then click Install Now followed by Activate.
3. Add Your Chatbot ID
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Settings.
- Click on Easy-Peasy.AI Bot.
- In the settings panel, locate the text box labeled Bot ID.
4. Copy and Paste Your Bot ID
- Go to your Easy-Peasy.AI account and open the Dashboard.
- Select the chatbot you wish to embed.
- Click Edit, then navigate to the Embedding page.
- At the top of the Embedding page, find and copy the Bot ID.
- Paste the copied Bot ID into the text box in your WordPress settings.
5. Save Your Changes
- Click Save Changes to apply the integration.
